How do I take care of my Franeli jewelry?
Avoid contact with perfume, lotions and other chemicals.
When not in use, store your jewelry in a clean dry place.
Take off jewelry before swimming, exercising, showering, sleeping.
Clean with damp cloth and dry thoroughly with a soft fabric.
Do you offer product warranty on your handmade jewelry?
Yes. All Franeli accessories have one (1) month warranty from the date of purchase. Item will be fixed depending on damage. However, pieces would not be replaced for the same item since each piece is one of a kind. We would offer to replace with similar item of equal value. Accessories will be replaced if there is a loss of any piece due to fabrication or assembly during the warranty period and not for misuse of the accessory. (Check how to properly store and preserve your Franeli accessories). Also, take in consideration sudden change of color in your accessory could be caused by the body PH due to sweat.
